Actually, due to the One Child Policy in China, PRCs tend to have good understanding of contraceptives such as condoms. Condoms are freely available in China.

In fact when I was in China for attachment and been to those area where we can get cheap fuck with 2 chicks(shuang fei), they also require us to use condom which is a must.:)

Around and within the universities, I've never seen any condoms vending machine. I've quite familiar with fudan, jiaotong and shifan. Maybe in the dorms, where I have no chance to visit. Campaign posters though, a lot.
But then condoms are freely available in shops right outside, probably also inside the universities.

agree bro and they actually do give out cd as free gifts to drive across the message of protected sex.;)
I think the younger ones may not like to use CDs, just like in SG, alot of younger kids think they are not so unlucky to get STDs and they think, since so young and presumably dont sleep around they are safe ...
But most PRCs know the pros of wearing Cds ... there is no denying that .. whether they wear or not, depends on the counterpart ...

condom usage ain't against the law or tradition lah, in fact PRC government encourages birth control measures. I have a FB who works in a PRC government ministry and the ministry actually issued condoms to staff as part of a campaign to promote safe sex.:)
Its just that a lot of the men & women here just don't like using them or feel lucky i guess. I've had FBs, FLs, ONSs, GFs who would stick me in them raw without a second thought. Kinda scary.
