Hi bros , I don't know if this is the correct section to post this . But I have been dying to know what is actually going on about this . So long story short . Met girls online and we eventually switch to chatting on WhatsApp . So out of the sudden she would say something like she needed help to do something . So I asked her what is it so she said it's something like her part time job to like earn money from "exploiting" the betting app . She asked me to log in to her account and help her execute a few bets for her . And before that I have to download some app which I have download from some sites.
Is this scam like a ongoing scam ? And what are they trying to accomplish ? Like wait for me to top up and them eventually taking my money away ?
I am sorry if this is the wrong section for it . But I just want some answers if some bros actually encounter this .

Scam lah. Whatever you downloaded probably have viruses or some bug reading your keystrokes preparing to access your banking accounts and e-wallets. It won't be lo g before they ask you to part with your passwords or money for more money or pussy which so far you didn't even get to smell.

nowaday scammers are really sohisticated, they will let you win money, maybe even for a substantial period until finally you take a plunge and put in few k, and they will play tactics like "slot filling up fast" or "today time limited promo" and then they will start, need few hundred more, need few k more until suddenly you realise knnn i throw in more than i earn last time, siao liao...... now they play long game and during covid19 when more people desperate they'll look for such schemes

Similar to the high pay job scam , ask you buy something then pay back initially, after that , the scammer block you & go missing
