1. sumo squats. make your pelvic floor muscle and abductors a wall of steel.

2. hip thrust. make your glutes have enough firepower to make your gf bounce like a kangaroo

3. deadlift and sit ups. make your core like a rolls royce suspension. can carry-fuck a 80kg girl and dont feel a thing.
