Youre not going to find the true full nuru experience in singapore tbh. There are some nuru b2b massage here and there (just check dome 1, 2 and the massage area) and while they do feel good, they are probably pretty far from the real thing.

Though if you want go ahead n try just look around dome 1 2 and the massage one. Geylang might have also but Im not too sure. Just see if anyone knows got any place that offer.
