why do you wanna pay by credit card?
hefty fees + risk of getting your details stolen + extra transactions?

better off just use your card and go to the atm to withdraw thai baht to use.

There's also visa/master debit cards from revolut/wise. All boils down to convenience and where or not you can afford the transaction fees (compared to ATM fees).

Why the worry about stolen CC details? Your bank's fraud department and you setting your overseas/travel limits on the card is more than enough.
