One way to reduce the risk of getting baby elephant is not to go for mega boobs. God is fair one, if He wants to give a gal a pair of E cups, he must make sure body can support the extra weight and milk. So 99% of the time the gal will be bahbah and the boobs will follow Newton's Law and be dragged down by gravity.
But if the gal happen to be not bahbah then u can bet your last dollar she had gone under the knife to upsize her headlamps. In that case the boobs will be perky and hard and if u are not careful can knock you out when your head hits them.
