The guy can be naked with towel covering the essential parts. But again it's a cat and mouse game.
But for all these PRCs offering massage services with specials , it is already illegal in the eyes of the law. In fact they are not suppose to be offering massage services without a proper license.
Most of these PRCs ML are here either on short term holiday passes or a 6 months KTV singer permit. If they are caught , they will be banned forever from entering SG.
So these MLs have to make quick bucks from suckers like us
So it's safer to survey the location with the bigger head first.
I always try to arrive early like at least 30 minutes and so a quick scan around for unmarked vehicles and look at the windows from the nearby houses. Safer to choose a location that is not busy with many people day or night. Going to a PRC ML place that's right across a popular coffee shop is a sure sign of being heavily watched.
In the busy B area, I have spotted two such lookouts and therefore I try to avoid.
In TB area, which is next to Cantonment HQ, what do you think then ? Friends in blue always go for porridge in Hawaii shirts and Bermuda shorts.
Which is why I avoid going to TB/TP ML places, where xiaoguo and Zoey are operating from. That place is way too open, right across the famous porridge stall, and the residents there are fully aware of what's happening above them.
