Wow. Quite a bit of discussion here.
My 2-cents worth is:

We all pay on a willing buyer, willing seller basis. You like it, you continue to patronize. If you don't, move on to the next.

Diff ppl pay for diff things. There will be bros who are all too willing to pay to see a pretty face, even if she doesn't strip. Or those who pay for big boobs. Some pay for service. I don't think there is a universal standard as to what package we should receive for what price we pay for.

Anyway, a recent experience for me is on the 2nd rtm, the service given was up one notch compared to the first. Dunno how long she can maintain that level of service but I will continue as long as she does.
