Well it's abt what u want/like or principles lor. Personally I wld only want to do FJ with someone I really love and have connection with aka wife (or maybe gf). Safer is one thing which may or may not be true since cap Shld presumably reduce risk but still it's a moral barrier for me. So to each his own.
