Just got back from overseas and turned out that Yuko had texted me while I was away, apologising for the mixup with Connie. She was unwell that day and got Connie to cover for her. So it wasn't an intentional switch and i noticed that others have been able to make an appointment with her recently.
Now must see if I can find the time to visit her before she leaves. She has stopped offering FJ now, and is back to ML services, which is fine with me
