You are right...exactly what I think...
I have said this before and I will say it again. FRs are for reference only and should never be taken at any value. A ML may treat one brother super well but then may treat the next brother super bad. Why? Go ask her lor....Best is if you try yourself without any expectation, then if you don't get what the earlier brother got, you will not be disappointed.
Commando is sama sama leh.....I have encountered MLs who tell me that they treat new customers differently from old customers. New customers they give a bit more attention, obviously hoping that the customer will be satisfied and will be a repeat customer. Old customers, just give enough to keep them coming back lor....so you go figure it out yourself lor....
