I'm quite surprised that Dora is not removing her top now. I had visited her for the one and only time some 3 weeks ago. I remember that I had no problems in asking her to remove her top. She was not apprehensive at all.
In my opinion, she must standardise her menu. Else, the ill effect on her business could be felt immediately.
