I was implying that the flat will goes to me in the future.Did not i say that in future when i sell the flat??The flat has been paid in full already.Its not those new flats at new residential area with low value.I was meaning that 10yrs down the road,when the flat is finally mine,since i am the only child.I do not need to share the sale of my flat.

I have been more fortunate than most of my peers.Since I am the onli child,both parents are working and with my income,i am better off than my peers.
