Yes some know, some do not know. Some choose to ignore it. Some will make sure only the services they provide are listed. There are any kind of MLs, just like real life we will face any kind of person.
Like one bro said, visit ML is like playing tikam. Sometime we hit, but sometime we also miss. Do as much homework as we can to increase hit rate will do.
