I got SMS spam from $$$$$ a few times already. It was worst before when they opened a group chat on whatsapp! They had dozens of Bros numbers in the group chat. Means everyone can see all the other numbers!!! Had to quickly exit. Now that was just stupid of them.
Today a newly arrived FL also smsing her services.
So always always always use a prepaid card to play. And change prepaid number every few months.

But I thought it's because we access these websites thru our normal numbers, that's why they were able to send such messages to us? My thinking is this, if you're accessing from your phone (with data), they would be able to 'sense' it. Maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps some bros in the IT field can clear this.
