You are right - if police wants to take action, no stopping them. But not that easy to enter condo premises without proof. Otherwise, condo property value will drop if police anyhow come and raid and raid without permission or evidence. I mean, if I really want my condo value to go up, simple thing is to sabo my neighbouring condo by reporting to police got suspicious activity there but they will ignore me cos I don't have evidence unless i show them this month got over 100 men visit all times of day and night for these units in my neighbouring condo. Don't worry about zapper. They have nothing better to do. I think we are referring to different things. I was saying it is not difficult for Police to get hold of the address and you are referring to the process of raiding.
Police is reactive by nature. They fully understand that such activities cannot be eradicated and they usually act on complaint.
