she's been around for awhile, will put up ads a couple of months, disappear a couple months, repeat. she is half prc, legit has her pink IC though, so technically she's local lol.
the 150 is cos of her MP's 50 entrance fee. so its a 100 + 50. which is still expensive, and is the reason i dont rtm her. was indeed a good syt experience though with very good roaming. and so far most MLs i visited in MP dont mind upselling some services. The pricing can be a turn-off though so be warned.
