It's a vicious cycle should one choose to "invest" on a ML. Many thought will get them into the ML VIP club, and get priority booking, unlock secret access and be treated like a hubby.. Sure maybe at the begining will get A BIT extra goodies, but more often than not those extras are randomly offered to other bros whom don't even pay more to the ML. Then when the bro who invested his extra $$ realize he is not that special at all, the emotional imbalance lead to quarrels with the ML..and the ending is faceoff, she may even blacklist him, he might start to fabricate negative MR to ruin her ricebowl.
What for?! Get wounded financially and emotionally.
Human nature that once you give more you will EXPECT more. Best is just keep to the stated rate and don't try to role-playing as a boyfriend.
