Some of them would rather go back safe. Don't think anyone (regardless or ML or not) would want to be caught by the police and go back to the station. Reality is as such while talk is easy.

No risk no gain ma.. some willing to take under sheer desperation, some rather not..

Ultimately they have to take the best course of action for themselves, which is probably accepting the situation at hand and RTC-ing, as highlighted by recent events..
