If your number is new with no records on their DB, chances are high they wouldn't entertain your request, for safety reasons.
If your number really kena blacklisted then LLST lor (what exactly happened between you and that ML you were unhappy with?)..
Probably the only feasible option is to seek help from a trusted/senior Bro to bridge the gap between you and the ML you're trying to book.
