By the way, don’t be too harsh on Yue Yue.
She could really use some guidance and she doesn’t use her phone during service
Many customers probably late or lost given her location so likely she spends quite some time guiding the customers on the phone
Considering all of these, I would say she’s handled it quite well for someone so green
