Kenna bait and switch. Completely different lady. Sort of understood why I was hesitant, despite having entered. There was another couple behind a partition. Not sure if the real Aida is inside. Anyway, I made my way out.
I had arrived 5min before appointment time. Asked if can go up. She said sorry. Another 20min. I asked what happened. One minute later, said I can go up in 5min. A bit confused. Now I know why.
