Definitely. But life has to go on.
I think majority of us who RTM the same ML till she return, we tend to invest quite alot of feelings inside. General behavior become more informal, more topics to chat about, or stuff that you will do with friends. I am sure with many RTM most guys will have some experience of spending "informal" time with the MLs. So when ML returns there is no one to look forward to spend time with.
Most ML are here to work, and they do not invest any feelings. I am not saying friendships cannot occur, they can. If the relationship becomes something like friends, then treasure it. If not, and the MLs disappear completely from WC or any other means of communication, then move on, you probably mean nothing to her, except as her customer.
