I never tip any ML no matter how good. I only give a bit more if I overshot my slot close to 30mins, i feel that is only fair.
The issue I feel with tipping is, today you tip, then next time you RTM same ML you don't tip meh? This creates those unnecessary questions, she may feel you don't find her service good anymore so no tip this round. Worse atill is for us customer if feel obligated to tip again coz done it once, then became all RTM have to tip? Might as well save it to to RTM her more regular. Lastly, unless the tip is substantial, else those $10-20 tipping won't be a difference maker to the ML. Imo tipping opens up a can of worms, when it comes to $$ it is always sensitive. Hence i stuck to my no tipping policy
