I think the inconveniences of condos are only a slight few, and don't even include financially.
But MP, the potential disadvantages can be a lot. Many of them includes parting with more of your hard earn money.
I've been chionging for decades, and only once has security asked me. No neighbours have ever confronted me. Just be discreet , don't do stupid suspicious things, go into lifts alone, and everything will be fine. Simple. And enjoy.
Suggestion: the first time you visit a new ML/FL at a condo you're not familiar with, go earlier. I usually go 15 mins earlier to scout where the gate is , what kind of keypad. Then look for places to wait , or hang out - usually nearby coffeeshop, park, staircase, etc. When she tell me to go, I know exactly what to do, and where to go. This way also will not eat into your session time.
