Yup, the ones that use phone too much are never regulars. Just 1-2 times.

The ones I RTM, I prefer those with some manners, can ask before making that reply. For those that get complacent, will express my unhappiness in a joking way, most smart ones get it.

If you have business at heart, you will learn to treat the customer well. Eccentric ones like Long Nu, forget it.
