Some girls are afraid of offending customers when they are new, and so they will accommodate every request of the customer. But after a while, often because they compare notes with other MLs who tell them that for X amount of $, they need not provide Y-quantity/quality service. As a result, they begin to impose restrictions. Often times, the viewpoints they obtained are ill-advised, but they are none the wiser.
In other instances, the ML begin to impose restrictions because she's found a boyfriend/Robert, who doesn't allow her to provide certain services.
A third scenario is that the ML enjoyed herself too much after being turned on by the customer, and regrets it after the session, and hence wants to keep things in check.
