Wa, sorry to hear that, when i visited the towels were all clean and no smell. I guess maybe in the past she didnt care bout this and was told off by bros, idk. But for my experience it was pretty good, clean fresh towels, no smell.
She was SN throughout for me, so i didnt really roam below, so im not sure bout the urine smell thing
