One simple test, get her lie flat on back, natural breasts will flatten and droop to the side no matter. Younger girls will have more fats in the breasts and thus more springy but will still deform.
The ones with artificial will remain it's regular perfect shape and only slightly depressed. There are new techniques to inject with fats but those get saggy after a few years, fats get absorbed.
