but just to check, did you use a new number that is not in their database? or are you just starting out with visiting these MLs?
very common for MLs to send customers a different but nearby address so that they can observe you if your phone number has no records. they want to verify if you are AV.
and likely that such customers with no records also typically are new.. so some MLs will attempt to shortchange.. good that you were upfront about your requests.
