Hahaha, thanks for the entertainment on a Monday. I doubt that person will get successfully many bookings if he used that method. Sounds damn weird too as an opening.
Jokes aside. The general view is right, all these are paid services, just take it as a transaction, whether it's sensual or emotional needs you are after, keep in mind that it lasts only for short period of time.
