Increasing supply is easier said than done.
Everybody has been crying for that for the past 2 years

Must tell ICA to release more work permits.

Must tell hotels to be less hardworking in chasing MLs away.

Must tell AV to conduct less raids on shops and condos.

Must tell condo sublet tenants to charge less rental (now about $300 per room per day)

Must tell the 中介s to charge less levy (now at about $2500-3000 per mth)

Must tell condo owners to be less kaypoh of their neighbours' activities.

In a world where everybody needs money and being in a country where safety and security is too, to say that this is a tough order is still an understatement.

Make it attractive for them to come here.
If not, other markets seem better. I know a few MLS planning to go Australia and even UK. They seem to have a good-sized market there.

It takes a lot of work to get that pair of boobs and that hairy hole in front of you.

Only way to slowly reverse this trend is to have more supply in the market..
