Wah, Aini! I agreed she was the most professional and best phone ethic ML. Her previous stint (sadly also likely the last) have to take queue number 2 weeks in advance. She really came at the right time then.
Really have to salute her able to reply all the sms and plan all the sessions for 2 weeks. Some ML advance book 1-2 days also will cock up. Lol
