I think it depends on individual MLs and their preferences.
I know the spa or MP kinds, they don’t really mind. And they can speak basic English. For SLG have to try your luck.
1 ML I visited was asking me what does another bro meant. He was asking her a special request and she didn’t know what it meant. After I translate for her then she say ok.

I suppose if they are very popular then they would have their preferences too.
