I have had similar pain on the somewhere in testicles. I knew the pain is kind-of “funny” and only those have encountered may know how you felt.

My first encounter pain was unbearable. That was I did my gynmastics competition in Singapore Badminton Hall donkey years ago. During my competition, the pain just “sway-siow” struck there suddenly. My fellow mates were giggling at me and distracting me. So, after during the break-time, I told them the pain just striked me suddenly. They were reasoning with me whether it was groin pain or making excuse. Wah…that night I went home and sticked a small piece of “ko-yok-por” there. And it never happened again.

The second pain I encountered was during a heli-repelling night mission exercise. Haven’t jump yet, then the pain striked and I had to put in my entire hand and massage intensively with five fingers. The lau-warrant encik even jokingly suan me “eh..apa, mana sakit?” I replied him “sperma sakit”. Anway, I endured the whole pain through. After the mission, holy shit…he joked with everybody as if I cooked up a story.

So threadstarter, I knew the pain you had. It is unlikely STDs caused it. You can ease your mind. Sometimes, I wonder why it happened. I bet doctors may not know this and so do urologists.
