Not sure if right place to ask, but how horrendous is the juagen pain scale?

Interested in the benefits but I'm a huge pussy, massage with proper strength alr about to cry esp for calves area. I don't really complain but I think ML can guess from my back assuming a lobster shape lol. Idw neighbors think domestic violence happening when ML doing juagen...
