Uh? If we are talking about service in condo (not spa) then it’s all inclusive most of the time. Top ups are uncommon, unless it’s for something additional beyond the usual, which they should have indicated, like extra $ for Nuru, BBBJ etc.
At times they will also say time is limited so let the ML know what you want in advance (within the advertised services) so that you get to enjoy within the stipulated time.
Don’t get hoodwinked into paying extra for top or bra off, usually that is a given. Fully nude usually also no need top up one, if they want to offer they will offer automatically, if they don’t you pay more they also may not want (cos not comfortable), but don’t go and anyhow pay for advertised services.
Again the same cannot be said for Spa MLs who are known to ask for top ups for this and that plus have to pay entrance fee.
