I think we do have clear-cut tiering based on key services offered e.g. $120 for hj, $150 for CIM, $xxx for SM services, $xxx for nuru massages etc Chiobu FLs, disguised as MLs, may offer similar services at additional $30 or $50 premium. Thankfully, no clear-cut premium for boobs massage, DFK, 5G roaming, painting, pussy fingering, pussy finger penetration, kissing/licking of boobs ... I would normally seek out MLs who are game for to offer a wider range of these to please customers.
MLs have the flexibility not to offer DFK or 5G roaming to those customers they have no chemistry with, or whom they see as unhygienic or an eyesore to them. That's why for some MLs we may get very dissimilar MRs by different customers.
