Confirmed a booking 1 day before with this ML. Gotten the location and fixe on the timeslot
However on the actual day itself, ML send a text 2 hours before our confirmed timeslot to request for confirmation of booking.
10 mins later, ML send the next SMS saying that my confirmed slot was cancelled as i did not reply, and it has been taken by another customer.
The next sms that followed was there is available slot for booking in the later part of the day that i can book if i wanted.

I experienced the same but with another ML..
I kinda deduced that ML decided to prioritise a regular over me as a new-comer. And giving you such cock and unrealistic timeframe to eject my last evening booking from her queue.
Maybe ML probably assumes every Cheongster is holding on the same real hp as their Cheong hp. For my case, I turn on my Cheong hp when I’m enroute to my 11am appt booked the evening before to tell her I’m on my way. And realised I was ejected. I’m like why do u need a confirmation on a confirmation. They think we wake up and will clean forget isit. Haha.
