I am not the translator ! and besides How can I be a translator ... Doesn't mean u can converse in Vietnam means you can be a translator ..
This lady is from Hanoi ... she is officially a translator appointed by the court and contact is given by the Vietnam Emabassy in SIngapore ....
This translator of mine is known by most officer in the ROM ...
Of course different translator charge differently ... if you get a tom dick and harry type ... how to compare to a recognise and appointed type ?
