Seriously u don't need so much gimmicks to get a work out.
Go buy a 25kg bag of rice and carry it from point A to point B u getting a hell lot of a work out.
Simple routines with gymnastic rings is more than enuff.
I've trained people with just a play ground, as long as you get your principles right.. the rest will follow.
Now I'm training my friend who is a wing chun practitioner and all he does is 100 bw squats.. it killed him after 50..he pushed on to 100 and collapsed.
If we have a chance to meet ill show you a simple routine u can do as a circuit or strength training.
Exercising is not about how much energy you exhaust but how efficient your body is to take on new stimulus and handle it.
