You must be jabbing enough testosterones to make a man have a hard on for a few days.
Girls who have higher testosterone have are not so feminine like, thats where they look like dykes..

Ask any doctor if you can build muscles without testoerones.. eating above your caloric limit and getting fat then dieting down again.
It's not easy to build muscles based upon the idea, your body needs a fuck load of energy to do it and they can only build on average 10-15lbs for a woman after 20 years of dedicated training on natural hormones.
I don't want to bore you with details but have sex all day will not allow you to carry rice, but carrying rice will alow you to fuck all day with a vengence.
If you can carry a 25kg bag of rice for 1 hour from point A to B, you'll be able to ride a guy till his dick comes off.
Go google what's cross fit.. the only thing you will lose when you're lean is your boob size.
But even being that lean takes a fuck load of discipline to get your micro nutrition and training schedules done properly..
