I am an ex-crossdresser, ex-cheongster
I struggle with crossdress, quit and back again,
I struggle with commercial sex, quit and back again
I slowly realised I am controlled by sexual desire
I get to know this sbf many years ago and get hooked
and get to start my commerical sex in health centre,
then proceed to Geylang, massage parlour etc
and then i start to crossdress and meet guy for fun
I diy every day, a few times, for many years
watched porn very freq
think of sex everyday
want to browse this sbf everytime

until lately, I started to realise this is not right, I decided to quit
i am still struggling, not say I am angel or what, I just want to be a better-me
I decided to quit cheonging those massage parlour including those massage at home type,
to quit watch porn and any sexual related website
to quit crossdressing, to quit diy which is very difficult, but I must quit totally
to quit bio-ing chiobu and the desire to take their photo
to quit watching upskirt photo and sexy photo and sexy discussion
in short, all sexual related i told myself i have to quit, may not be a smooth jounrey
but it will make me a better person
I am not here to preach, I am no better than you, I know it is weird that I am saying this in sbf

but I do urge and hope that the bro or sis here will one day quit commercial sex and diy and watching porn and taking upskirt photo....
my personal experience, these are making us bad and worst, we may deny
and you may laugh, is normal as a sbfster, we all laugh at such preaching

it is long story, cant tell all here, you may curse me or what, is ok
I am still struggling but I surely quit, that is not saying, to quit family spouse life, that is ok, i am referring to sex out of our wife or husband, for eg all commercial sex, diy, watching porn, bio-ing chiobu, tryign to peek cleavage etc.

we should control our desire, not the other way round,
i know i am not qualifed to tell this, but I think by quiting this, i channel more energy to do other meaningful thing, such as volunteering for the needy, or non profit association, and strive in religion practice, meditation,
that is body : instead of keep wanting to fxxx, i channel to doing good deeds for people, care for people, not wanting to get something from them, be it guy or girl,
for speech: refrain from saying sexual thing or anything that arouse people
for mind: refrain from thinking of such thing, instead, think of how to help people, how to upgrade myself in time mamagement or organisation, how to contribute more to society etc

this is long, paiseh, I know this thread may be delete as it contrast with this site
but this is from my heart

Sexual desire is chemically driven - as testosterone levels come down then you won't get the insatiable urge to fuck anymore. I used to want sex several times a day and will feel "hungry" again after just a few hours, but now I am a lot better and can get by with just once a day or even once every two days.

There is no need to be ashamed of your past, it's all experience that you paid with your time and money.

You may have too much time on your hands. Packing your schedule with meaningful activities may be helpful to take your mind off ingrained habits. You have to change the way you do things to change the outcome, otherwise its just the textbook definition of insanity. Best of luck.
