Its not a crime to book a hotel room for some enjoyment. Prostitution is not illegal in sg, only solicitation.

But even if they caught you, as long as the gal social pass is valid, its not a crime.

Heard that if AV ever raids the centre and u sign in with a faked IC they will interrogate and give u a hard on the pretext that u r illegal. Also heard from the senior bros that they keep the record in the event that any gal got HIV, CDC will trace and ask those linked to the gal to go for health screening. But all these can not be verified cos it is passed by words of mouth.

I seldom frequent HCs but like what some of the bros have mentioned, it is in our best interest to truthfully write down what has been asked. I am sure the owners of such places are well aware of our desire to keep our visits confidential & yet they request that you fill in your name & time in & also your NRIC. Where is there smoke, there will be fire, so I guess it is part of their license requirements to have a log of who came & what time.

The police also know better than to break up families by releasing your names to your spouse, S.O. etc.
