Is it wise to change indonesia rate at lucky plaza singapura orchard?

NEVER CHANGE IN SINGAPORE. When reach batam, maybe change $10--$20 for taxi. Then when reach Nagoya, change most of your money there. Any shop will do.

Hey bros & kings of Batam, i am organising a 3D2N trip for around 6 ppl.
Need advices on how i could get girls' company for me & my friends and how could i get driver's service to travel around batam for shopping as well as seafood... Hoped some kind soul could enlighten me on that, million thanks in advance!
