Hotel 89 is quite near to Penuin or might consider in penuin area. You can't miss it if you go to BCS from Nagoya and on the way you will find hotel 89 on your left hand side. I heard there are hostess to accompany guest in the hotel pub. The tips or cost for their company should be quite standard 300k +/-, for any other special i'm not too sure.

I can say yes and also can say no. The term they use for hj is call vitalitas (something like that) massage. However, this massage does not let you to release your loads.
