I know this is a bit out of scope of sammyboy, but what is the good boat going to Batam ?
Normally I take Pinguin, but the last 2 boats I took there was quite disappointed as it was run down.
Any recommendation on the boat ?

I(We) had booked our Hotel at Famosa @ S$50
I(We) had booked a mini bus to cater us here and there till we depart next day @ S$140 (I think this one a little exp)

There are still friends heard our trip & like to go with us -_-" All newbie... I scare scare. so better don't make it as if like a Tour Group with a 42 Seater Bus.

Bros! at Indo Time 11am, are all this Message/KTV open for us to pick our cewek??

ya, penguin boats are old n rundown, seats damn uncomfy, took once n no turning back. batamfast is good, quite new boats, spacious, nice seats, strong aircon, go batam centre instead of harbourbay though.

Room to room's different .. but 300+K for a massage very expensive.. and you should really look around for massage .. call in = exp + lousy..

I will suggest you dun get those 12 seater mini bus...say you have 6-7 pax. Get a 24 seater. Coz if you guys are going to do some shopping and then bring ur minas, it is gonna be damn cramp. I encounter 14 pax group before, and I am bery lucky I decided on a bigger vehicle instead of just swee swee 1. 1 thing you remember is they will charge you for the driver, and if your route include those "out of town" places, they charge extra petrol also. So 140 if say 1 full day, plus next day sent you to ferry terminal, not really expensive.

went to rece around goodview hotel earlier and saw joints like jungle something and i think gold bird joint too! was around batam star and lai lai hotel area. not too sure if these are the jungle and gold bird joints bros have been talking about? that area quite poorly tilted and saw groups of natives sitting around somemore i alone so didnt go inside cc cos already 10pm batam time liao. any bros to confirm these joints?
and also noticed near windsor foodcourt there is one place where its like a mini disco with dance floor, pool tables and cewek sitting in brightly lilted corner. think its named permata indah or something like that. any bros been there?
