How to handle this crucial juncture of your KC adventure? Here is what you can do to exit with minimal pain:

1. Be Decisive. Don't be a wimp and procrastinate till the cows come home. Decide firmly whether you want to continue or exit. If you choose to continue playing this game despite all the warning signs, my blessings to you. My advice is if you can't afford to cross the line, don't be a hero and cross the line! Forget RAMBO. Remember that in this KC game the KC hero always "dies" first. Save your sanity to enjoy other areas of your life. This is especially true for those bros who are married or are in a committed r/s.

2. Stop Reasoning. No if's and no but's. WLs are who they are - They operate on 2 objectives: First, they aim to satisfy you sexually; then they aim to hook you emotionally for long-term benefits. 放长线，钓大鱼。End of the day, it is all about $$$. Most WLs are very streetsmart, they know how to touch the unsuspecting cheongster's heart to open his wallet and cry buckets of crocodile tears to win his sympathy. You really think that they will be damn hurt when you exit from their lives?? Just take a minute and think, dude: If they can pass through the painful shame of selling their bodies for a living, what other threshold of emotional pain can they not bear with??

3. Go Cold Turkey. The fastest and most effective way to exit is to stop all forms of contact immediately. No RTFs, no SMS, no calls, nothing. Very hard to do, I know. If she presses you for some answers, just say that you are broke/retrenched/jobless/bankrupt. Period. No $$$ no Honey. Unless she is plain stupid or extremely green in this line, she will be likely to persist to "hang on" with you a little longer if she has invested much KC on you and waiting the reap the "fruits of her KC labour". So look from that perspective and tell yourself: 长痛不如短痛! Just bite the bullet and move on.

4. Deal with the Withdrawal Symptoms. Unless your heart is made of steel, it is likely that you will experience some degree of withdrawal symptoms (ie. You miss her). Accept it and deal with it like a man. Denial will just send you back into her arms again. No offence to smokers here but it is exactly like quitting smoking. During periods of withdrawal your neuro-senses will be triggered acutely by your body's pleasure chemicals to seek for the next puff; and in this context, the next KC feeling that you have once shared with her. The best way to deal with withdrawal symptoms is to get distracted: Find a new hobby, a new passion in life, a new cause to pursue, or someone to give you emotional support etc. (Preferably a non-WL)

5. Leave no Traces of Her Behind. Erase away all her SMSes, for goodness' sake! Throw away all the pics you've taken together, and change your QQ account! Do the mental exercises which I've written in THE AFTERMATH section here to erase the remaining emotional trace that are still deeply entrenched in your memories. Depending on your level of KC experience and mental fortitude, you should be fine after 2 to 3 weeks.

But should you still decide to cross the line and get burnt badly, please come back for the Recovery Strategies I'll be writing later.

I hv suffered "withdrawal symptoms" a number of times in the past several yrs.. The first time was the most severe which took over a yr to recover. I still think of her occasionally. Subsequent attacks are getting milder n milder.

The fastest "cure" is to find another gal. Some other strategies I personally hv found useful:

1) Focus on the negatives in her looks n figure, visualize them vividly in ur mind's eye. Enlarge n exaggerate them. Then shrink the image to a tiny dot, move it to ur right shoulder n let be pushed out through ur fingers....going, going...gone. Repeat as needed.

2) Now focus on her inner flaws, her character defects...most FLs/KTV gals are cunning, dishonest n duplicitous, so this should be easy. Again visualize them, blow them up...then shrink the image...and expel them through ur fingers. Repeat.

3) Change ur "scarcity" mentality into "abundance mentality."

You suffer 'withdrawal" partly bcos u think she is "the special one" n u may never find another gal like her. Bro, u r motivated by the "scarcity mentality." Turn it 180 degrees n develop an "abundance mentality." There r more pretty gals in the world than u hv time to meet n fxxk.

NEVER forget you were born without her. And there are hundreds more like her and thousands more who are better than her. Don’t waste your time!

4) Use the pain n hurt from the withdrawal to fuel ur drive to become a true alpha male. As an alpha male u will hv a bevy of chio MMs vying n fighting for ur attention. It's true that every loss is a blessing in disguise.

I am new here.. having only find out about this forum not too long ago. And indeed sincerely thanks you to all you..after reading all the postings, I finally wake up from my dream. I totally agreed we, supposed belong to the elite workforce but fall under trap of KC-ed. As some seniors said, no matter how smart, how high is your IQ.. these PRC mei mei are damn fucking cunning in this game.

But I have a dump, stupid questions.. since we are cheong, we know their game, we also know who they are, why information are not exchange here so that other bros will take precaution?

This forum is definitely a wake up call for me.. Thks.

Bro Warbird, I do agree that the fastest "cure" is to find a replacement girl; but this is akin to asking a smoker to switch from Marlboro to Dunhill when the smoker wants to exit from smoking. I know their game, I know what I can do to mindplay with them... but I give in as I am a willing party.

Willing victim that takes off my own armour and expose myself to the emo "dangers"...without fighting back.

Weird? Go read some Gu Long novels and you will see plenty of people like that...

So for me, it is aalways a calculated defeat and I know the limits on what I can lose

Hi Bro,
Its like playing with fire.. 1st few time, no experience.. get burnt.. after a while, more experience.. still at time will get burnt.. just less..

Why no info being exchange.. if there isn't any, why do you think what are all the previous posting is about? The info are all in the posting.. the experience and precious advice are all there.. just no name mentioned.

Why we know we will get burnt.. and yet still want to play with fire? Cos its the thrill of it all.. the whole point of KC the girl.. or being KC by them.. is part of the "fun" of cos this type of thrill, not suitable for everybody..

And finally, once must know his limit and know when to put out..(easier said that done..), else you will get burnt beyond repair..

As for me, my experience is only about 3 yrs... (still consider a noob) I win some, I loose some.. wait! should i say.. i thought I win.. but most of the time (all the time) i will loose in the end.. BUT thru the journey.. you get your part of the thrill/fun. thats all that matters.. (for me..)

This is how true... I was in with one for 3 years, not my first though and because I was posted in a nearby country living all alone, I get her to live in with me as my companion. I was always with my shiny armour and reminding myself is a game. But as time goes and I went through a very rough time, she was by my side all while..even without monthly expenses for a while. That was when I started to remove and expose all... I was in deep, real deep... This is when I started to lose control of the game.

For me now.. still go ktv, get a gal.. enjoy the drinks, the evening and nothing else. Just too tired... sigh.

Bro thanks for the concerns... yes, still going through the withdrawal period now. It bloody mind-blotting everyday, fighting very hard to stay positive and do not want any contacts or whatever. Has been reading all the posting everyday to remind myself..
