Bros, time flies! It's been like 5 years since I've started this thread and am pleased to note that it has served its purpose well so far. I've been receiving quite a fair bit of PMs from concerned bros who are either too embarrassed to share their experiences openly or wanted to seek specific advice on a variety of KC situations. I apologise if I've not been active in the forum of late or have been slow to respond.

Today, I would like to share some thoughts on building sustainability: How to last long in this KC game?

Just like any tall buildings and skyscrapers, the foundation has to be strong and firm to survive the structural weight and stress. In all our focus to advance in our mind game with the WL involved, it is paramount to establish a solid foundation in the following areas of our lives to make the game sustainable and enjoyable in the long run:

1) Physical - Are you physically fit and healthy? Do you have an exercise programme tailored to your physical needs and live on a balanced diet? In our younger days we may think that we are invincible but as age catches up, can your body hold? Is stress weighing you down? Escapism via commercial sex is a natural choice for many of us but without the discipline to maintain an optimal level of stamina, how long can you satisfy (not to mention KC) her in bed?

2) Psychological - Do you have an alpha male mindset? In other words, do you see your world as a place of opportunities or a place of scarcity? Is your "jungle" so small that you die die have to cling on to those few trees which is all you could see and giving up the chances of enjoying the rest of the forest?

3) Financial - Do you have a game plan to grow your wealth such that you have both the time and money to play this game? If you are still holding on to a job, are you saving enough and channeling your savings to acquire financial assets that generates passive income? Or at least master some investment skills to grow your savings at a faster rate of return without taking excessive risk?

Playing the KC game is momentarily fun, but having the staying power is what ultimately separates the winners from the losers!

Just some food for thoughts for the coming weekend.

Keep yourself in shape and have a good complexion. Try to be abit athletic take up some sports and have a tidy yet fashionable wardrobe. But as far as physique is concerned, it is pretty much unimportant. Mastery over oneself and self-control is. It's about having deep convictions and passion in life.

Having KC is akin to walking on eggshells. Some thoughts like "Does she like me?, "Should i increase my kc game to get her". Eliminate these and you don't give a damn whether she like you or not as there many trees among the forest. There should be a high level of respect from her, without respect there is 99% chance you fail in your kc. She will have the upper hand and will ignore you or abuse you.

Focus on your own dreams, your life while playing the fun enjoyable kc game. There must be passion in doing what you want to achieve, such as your career, your social life, your financial goals. You don't need to prove anything to anyone. The common emotional denominator during your kc is anger, and in this context anger against her. Its usually in response to her rejection or criticism or lack of feelings, to make you over neediness or over control and cause you to react emotionally. Therefore self-mastery is crucial, you can choose to react indifferently without any emotions.

Rejection, and negativity are irrelevant. Getting her is not the main motivation in life as they are just more victories (great commando sex) to add to your list of accomplishments.

I have heard a story that a WL settled down and happily married with one samster so far. So, i think it is possible - but may be one in a million.

I totally agree with Bro DO_YOU_BJ. WLs doing this thing will be psychologically affected..imagine they can lie to their parents about what they do..so lying become a die-hard habit for them; and trusting them a nightmare for us.

What do you get from KC? Not much..as Bro DO_YOU_BJ said ..you get a DREAM..it is fun when it lasted..e.g., watching other men envy you when you have her in your arms, having great raw sex.., falling in "love" like back when you were young adults..But all these are elements of the DREAM..which you need to wake up to the harsh REALITY.

Well said bro & I concur. One can only be called a warrior after his baptism of fire on the battle field. Same applies this KC thingy wif WLs.
But like a real battlefield, some come out stronger & some just fade away into the abyss.
