I am not sure why are you concern...if any gals cannot come in then too bad...same thing for any us us to over-stay in any country without proper visa...
ICA dun waste money...they will get the gals to pay for their return ticket...if gals dun have money...will ask the gals to call their friends to bring money...

Dunno how u think...How will airline or travel agency checks whether a person is allowed into a particular country? Take this country as Singapore. Will ICA allows airline and travel agent to connect to ICA database to verify individual? Or how will the travel authority defines a set of rules or conditions on individual going to Singapore?
The only way to prevent an unwanted visitor is ICA officer on the ground to verify. This is the same in almost every country...traveler knows if he commits an offence in a particular country, he can try his luck, but must be prepared not allow into the country.

anyway it is not like ica wasting tax payer money rejecting; they just doing their job. a percentage will be rejected a percentage would be let in.
At least we are not like malaysia where gals as long as got money can stay forever in a way.

once my company send guy to USA for training but dunno what he declared wrong, he was refused entry and send back to sillypore even my parent company in USA guarantor also useless.

I like to correct a bit...for any fatal accident involve arrest...if KT jump bail or on the run...then he can be arrested upon entry...and transfer to the state where the crime happened...later charged in court...

how to transfer to Vietnam bank if the person is in Singapore..
Guess he meant, he will pass the money to a someone in SG while the someone ba xa, em yeu or whoever will transfer 1.5 mil VND to a Vietcombank account.

Just go to Long Phuong Vietnamese Restaurant at Joo Chiat Road. They have this service. If not, just use western union from any post office in Singapore and your em yeu can collect in Vn in 15 minutes.
